    I have two issues I need fix by a plumber, the first issue is a screw in foot of the toilet bowl needs removing and inserting a new screw, the screw is no good as its rouned off, the second issue I need a plumber to come by and check and tell me what to buy as I do need a new faucet for the bathroom sink installed.
