 3 Carrots, cubed  4 cups water  Finely Chopped Hot Pepper ;3 scotch bonnet
 2 lbs sweet potatoes peeled and cubed  salt to taste or two lrg Maggi cubes  Finely Chopped Chives; 1/4 cup  gravy of your choice below image
 2 lbs Eddoes peeled and cubed  A little bit of butter for moisture; 1/4 lb  of the steam flying fish
 3 lbs pumpkin cubed
 1 lb pigtails chopped in small pieces  Mix together well and stuff intestines to make sau-  Ingredients
